Dear Managers:
1. All teams must check in 1 hour prior to your first game at the
park that your first game is at.
2. You will need to turn in your roster
with parent's signatures. You need to put a roster
online at www.usssa.com.
For information for putting a roster online,
click here. All players that are going to play this
weekend must be on the roster that you hand in. No
additions will be allowed during the weekend.
3. You must show copies of your
player's birth certificates and your team's proof of insurance
at check in.
4. USSSA So California, Big
League Dreams, and Sportsplex Poway have a 0 tolerance policy on manager, coach, and
parent behavior. Everyone is expected to conduct themselves
with the highest degree of sportsmanship. Any extended verbal
abuse, physical abuse or threat of physical abuse of an umpire
or tournament official will result in ejection from the park
for the weekend and possible suspension from USSSA.
Managers must have control of their coaches, players, fans and
themselves at all times
5. Please note
these Sportsplex Complex Policies

1. No alcoholic beverages or cigarettes are
allowed on the fields or in the dugouts at any time.
2. Any person(s) found to be under the
influence of alcohol or any other substance that could cause
the person(s) to be at risk to themselves and others will be
removed from the park and could result in further suspension
from the park.
3. No food, beverages, pets, bikes, roller
skates or skateboards are allowed in the park. Please read
and follow all park policies posted at the park entrance.
4. There is a $2.50 entrance charge to enter
SPORTSPLEX USA for everyone 16 years and older. In return,
you receive a token worth $2.50 towards a purchase of any
beverage at our Sportspub.
6. We are playing
at 2010 league ages and the May 1st,
2010 age cutoff. All teams must be registered for 2010 at their
2010 age.
7. DON'T FORGET TO RE VERIFY
BRACKETS EVERY DAY THIS WEEK IN CASE OF CHANGES!
This is your teams responsibility! The bracket
given to you at check in is your official bracket
8. Playoff seedings
will be available on our website www.baseballfirst.com. They will not be available until the last game of your
division has been played. Seedings are official when the
seeding numbers and match ups are posted on the website. Scores
will be updated after each round of games is complete.
9. Make sure that
you read the rules page. These will also be given to you
in your team packet. Ask the site director if you are not sure
of something.
10. Brackets will not
be changed unless a mistake has been made by the tournament director.

11. In the event of inclement weather, please call the
tournament hotlines at 714-848-1850. If needed, weather updates will also be posted on
baseballfirst.com beginning at 3:00 PM
Friday.

below. No exceptions. THERE ARE NO METAL CLEATS ALLOWED ON
THE PITCHING MOUNDS AT POWAY SPORTSPLEX. ALL PITCHERS MUST WEAR
RUBBER CLEATS

All games at all parks for both Saturday and Sunday
have been cancelled due to the storm and wet grounds. We will
have information here on Wednesday about the possibility of a
make up and or credits. If we do schedule a make up, it will
not be March 13/14.
